We are producing a three-part, five-minute documentary for ICI Canada to educate and inform the public about the polycrisis from various Canadian perspectives. The polycrisis encompasses multiple interconnected challenges\u2014including climate change, emerging and disruptive technologies, pandemics, geopolitical conflict, inflation, affordability, and the spread of misinformation and disinformation\u2014many of which have intensified in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n

ICI Canada views the polycrisis not as a single problem with a straightforward solution, but as a complex web of challenges that citizens, communities, and institutions must continually adapt to. This documentary aims to highlight the urgency of collective action and offer insight into how Canadians can work together to navigate these crises.<\/span><\/p>\n

The documentary is structured into three distinct yet interconnected segments: an introduction to the polycrisis, an exploration of its impact on the public, and a discussion of potential future responses. Each part is designed to stand alone while also building upon the others. To ensure a well-rounded perspective, we have gathered data through research, interviews, and surveys, forming the foundation of our documentary\u2019s content.<\/span><\/p>\n
