Carleton University acknowledges the location of its campus on the traditional, unceded territories of the Algonquin nation. Universities in so called Canada are built on colonialism and the dispossession of Indigenous peoples of their land and resources. The Bachelor of Media Production and Design aims to disrupt colonialism and white supremacy in our teaching and lesson plans by queering and unsettling storytelling and technology. We are grateful for the ability to learn, create, build, and make on this land.<\/p>\n
