Description

613 Sounds is a podcast series that highlights Ottawa’s local music scenes by exploring how the city’s musical environment fosters a sense of community and belonging among like-minded people.

The series focuses on a variety of genres, with each interview spotlighting an independent local artist or band in a podcast episode. Along with our interviewees, we hope to bring Ottawa youth together through the third spaces of local music venues.

613 Sounds will provide young adults with a place to connect and share their love for music, supporting the well-being of individuals in the community. In addition, our series promotes underground artists whose shows are accessible, affordable, and sure to be a good time!
